- ➤ Champaign police arrested 37 year old Rynell Frazier on Thursday in connection to a July 4 shooting outside a business on the 1900 block of W Bradley Avenue that left Champaign resident Martez Jones dead, and authorities said they will return him from Merrillville, Indiana for arraignment. WAND
