- ➤ Courage To Remember is an international Holocaust exhibit on display at the Market Place Shopping Center in Champaign until Nov 1 — admission is free and it is open Monday to Friday from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. School and community groups may schedule guided tours by contacting the Champaign-Urbana Jewish Federation’s Holocaust Education Center. - ➤ Lanz Heating and Cooling, Inc. closed Prairie Street between White Street and Springfield Avenue for storm sewer repairs—work began on Monday, October 20 and will be completed with the road reopening on Friday, October 31, weather permitting. City of Champaign
- ➤ Ameren Illinois closed one northbound lane on Prospect Avenue between Union Street and Healey Street to relocate a gas main—drivers have faced one-lane restrictions since October 13th and the lane will reopen November 3rd. City of Champaign
