- ➤ Champaign police said a 24-year-old man was shot Tuesday afternoon on the 2600 block of JT Coffman Drive and remains in critical condition — he was in an acquaintance's apartment when an argument with unidentified men led to a gun being fired as he ran outside for help. WAND

- ➤ Freshman Lily DeAth from Salt Fork High School won a state FFA award on the weekend for her Agri-Science Research Project at Mt.
